HowTo: Windows Explorer 7 Jumplist disappeared

Since yesterday, showed me the Windows Explorer shortcut in the taskbar does not Jumplist (Sprungliste) more. We do not use elements of "Last" and displayed no pinned items. Dissolving and re-attaching the link did not change. Okay, I thought, A restart solves the problem safely – Forget it! Have several times neugebootet, also without success.
