It has finally come. The new free suite of Microsoft with the names Windows Live Essentials 2011 is now available for Download available. Right in front off: When the new version, only Windows Vista and Windows 7 supported. In Windows XP installation is not possible.

The suite containing the following components, which can be selected and installed separately:

• Windows Live Family Safety
• Windows Live Mesh
• Windows Live Movie Maker
• Windows Live Photo Gallery
• Windows Live Messenger
• Windows Live Writer
• Windows Live Mail
• Bing Bar for Internet Explorer

Windows Live Essentials 2011 from the ground up for Windows 7 developed. Using the Jump Lists (Sprunglisten) in the system tray gives quick access to common tasks of the applications. The Ribbon bar brings common tasks in the foreground, you can filter photos, change the font or other favorite services with one click publish.

Now it's time: The public beta version of Microsoft Windows Live Essentials Wave 4 is available for download in the languages English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese  and  Simplified Chinese zur Verfügung.

Windows Live Essentials 4 Beta contains free programs from Microsoft for photos, Movies, Cats, E‑Mails, Blogs, the security of the family, and more. These programs are all part of a download - so that Windows can be upgraded for free.

To run in Windows Live Essentials Beta version is Windows 7 or Windows Vista. The operating system Windows XP will no longer by the Wave 4 supported. This includes beta versions of Messenger, Photo Gallery, Mail, Movie Maker, Writer, Family Safety and sync and Bing bar and Messenger Companion. Additionally included is Microsoft Office Outlook Connector Pack and Microsoft Silverlight.
